It is clear, however that the hand-to-face tradition is going to remain part of our routine. Rotary is evolving. It is still unclear how the service we provide to others can be incorporated into the highly coveted connections between people which Rotary members enjoyed in the earlier times. Although the phrase "hands-in-space" will always be a part of our daily routine but it's clear that the confidence of our members is increasing and there are more face-toface interactions. Rotary has changed. The Rotary network helps build bonds which last. The Pandemic was the catalyst for us to adopt technological advances. Our methods have been refined to maintain online meetings in our workplaces, as well as introducing social and service activities through a face-toface format. The new possibilities are paired with our most effective pre-pandemic strategies to create a new and exciting future for Rotary.
